Rates

Repairs/remodels- ($40/hr. )

*Disclaimer- $75 minimum for jobs less than an hour. %10 fee added to costs if material is required to to be purchased by t.r.gx2design. all jobs have one month warranty, where no costs will be incurred from any repairs done by t.r.gx2design LLC if due to poor workmanship or defects. if job is more than 30 miles outside Tulsa area , then transit time is included into cost.

home maintenance program- ($300 for 1 year (two seasonal visits)

*disclaimer- home must be less than 10 years old. manufactured homes are not able eligible for home maintenance program. no costs for any repairs done by t.r.gx2design LLC if due to poor workmanship , or defects. payments can be made as one payment, or pay half the cost for each visit, payment to be made at scheduled visit, or agreement to services . warranty service has two coordinated seasonal visits set at time of agreement to services

lawn service- (weed-eat, edge, mow, clean-up : $35)
